Runaway Helpine

Runaway Helpine - offers confidential help and advice to any young person who has run away from, or who has been forced to leave home. It also helps them contact other national and locally based helplines and young people's advice centres. In short, it is a lifeline for any young person away from home or care - aiming to reduce their time of vulnerability on the streets.

One caller to the Runaway Helpline ... has continued to call us over the last few months. She is 12 years old and has run away from home three times to stay with men she says she hardly knows...she will let us do three way calls to her foster carer almost daily but won't say where she is...
